Staff Pick Notes

Rothman & Winter's products, across the board, are delicious, exceptionally well made, and are beloved by cocktail taste makers across the globe. If I could staff pick everyone of their liqueurs, I would. Barring that, the Apricot liqueur is a terrific example of their line. The base is their teriffic apricot Eau du Vie, blended with the pressed juice of the same fruit. Mix it with anything and everything! Take your brunch cocktails to a new level....delicious!
