Staff Pick Notes

Take your spring and summer cocktails to the next level with this authentic Creme de Violette. I've always been a fan of floral notes in wine and cocktails so when I finally tried Rothmans & Winter's Creme de Violette it was a natural hit. They're able to beautifully reproduce the subtle flavor and vibrant color of violets. There's no other violet liqueur out there that captures the true essence of the flower like this one. Absolutely stunning in classic cocktails like the Aviation or create more complex cocktails like this: Violet Sunset, 1oz Gin, .75oz Domaine de Canton, .25oz Aperol, 1brspn Creme de Violette, 1dash Lavender Bitters, 1dash orange flower water. Add all ingredients to a chilled mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with with a cherry. (By The Straight Up)
