Lambrusco di Sorbara, Zucchi

Lambrusco di Sorbara, Zucchi - 2022

Item # 16517 750 mL

A frizzante that's dry with firm acidity and aromas of fresh raspberries and violets. This is quite different from the inky, dark Lambrusco most people are used to drinking. The fruit is redder and the texture far more delicate. The name "Lambrusco" actually refers to a large family of grapes, much like Moscato or Pinot. This Lambrusco di Sorbara will evolve for years to come.
