Staff Pick Notes

I was planning on taking this home with to have as an aperitif, when the owner handed me a container of his homemade mushroom barley soup. This paired perfectly with it, much like dry sherry and soup go together well. Aromas of tropical fruit carry through to the palate, which is nice and weighty. Finishes surprisingly clean and dry, which is what makes this so great with food, but could definitely be drunk on its own.
