Caroni 23yr Precious Liquors Trinidad Rum - 1998

One of the holy grails of all spirits not simply rum - the name Caroni has become second hand for some of the greatest rum ever made. Since the distillery officially shuttered in 2003 - the remaining old casks that were available have become some of the most sought after unicorns ever. And with each release and bottle opened there is that much less of it. This special expression was created by Precious Liquors of Singapore and The Auld Alliance. The rum itself was primarily Continentally aged for the 23yrs in cask. Bottled at full proof with a total output of only 255 bottles.
