The return of the legendary Outlaw Series from the Queen of Bourbon Marci Palatella and the team at Preservation Distillery features the oldest pot still whiskey to date since the stills were fired up in 2015. This extremely limited release was created from a special selection of two barrels, with a historical low barrel entry proof and aged in the middle section of their main rickhouse. Being a wheated pot still bourbon is rare enough but the team here specifically aimed to combine the pancake, maple, confection that is irresistible in well made wheaters with a darker, smokier profile that this iconic unicorn range is legendary for, Bottled in collaboration for the Buffalo Bills 2026 season. Extremely limited.
