Distilled by Rommel Krassel in Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca from Java cane juice, this fermented in pine tanks with ambient yeast. Distilled on pot and Krassel stills, this aged in new French oak barrels, new Hungarian oak barrels, and ex-Cognac barrels for up to 48 months. Bottled at cask strength, this boasts aromas of orange, cacao, grape jam, bitter sugar, palo de chile and cucumber.
