A plata tequila produced by Cascahuín NOM 1123 in El Arenal, Jalisco by Maestro Tequilero Salvador "Chava" Rosales Trejo. The Blue Weber agave comes from La Loma Rancho in Villamar, Michoacán, and is cooked in masonry steam ovens. They are crushed using steel roller mills and stone tahona. Double distilled in both 2000L stainless steel pot still with copper coil, and 350L copper pot still. Rested in ex-bourbon barrels for 3 months.
