A dry German rosé made of Pinot Noir in a larger format bottle. From 15 year-old vines, the fruit sees a short soak and then is pressed. Malolactic is not allowed, and this red-fruited, herbaceous rosé is aged in 2400L doppelstück casks. Pair with Leberknödl.
