Made from 14 year Papalote agaves, cooked over oak and tepehuaje wood in a conical earthen oven. Ground mechanically, fermented in wood, and twice distilled in copper stills. Made by mezcalera Erika Meneses, she is a rare female mezcal producer, and the first in her family. Only 100 liters were produced.
