Created in 1879 by Pietro Bordiga, this was once exclusively served at Turin's Caffè Mulassano. This red sweet vermouth is based on Muscato wine, fortified and infused with marjoram, fennel, coriander, lemon, wormwood, cardamom, vanilla, gentian, sage, and quinine. Perfect over the rocks, on mixed in next next negroni.
