Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vermouth

Straight from the Modena DOC, world-famous for its traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vermouth is a sweet red vermouth infused with 19 herbs and spices and based on both red and white wines. Aged for four months in balsamic vinegar barrels, it develops a rich gastronomic profile with aromatic herbs and warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves, alongside dark fruit and caramelized notes of plum, cherry, and fig. A subtle balsamic sweet-and-sour character adds depth, balancing sweetness and bitterness, while the finish is long, savory, and fresh, inviting another sip. It can be enjoyed neat over ice with a slice of orange as an aperitif, or used to add complexity and character to a Negroni or Americano. Personally, I enjoy it most as a digestif, served neat at room temperature after dinner.
