A very rare style of rum made from an important but hard to use local cane and distilled in what is almost a hybrid agricole/clairin style. Vivd and as the name suggests possesed with a crystal purity on the palate with notes of banana, green strawberry, pimenton, dried pineapple and a hint of umami funk.
