Our second batch of this inaugural series of historic releases made exclusively from agaves conceived and cultivated under the family's LAM non-profit project. A micro batch yielding only 32 bottles, made in nearly equal portions of 12 year capon trained Mexicanito agaves and 15 year old capon trained Tripon agaves. Distilled and bottled at still strength. Drinking like a fine wine with a tightly focused flavor profile wound around notes of cucumber, kiwi, yellow apples, guava, white currants, avocado leaf and nutmeg,
