Fox Creek Vineyard is a high altitude plot that produces small clusters of grapes that are concentrated and aromatic. The oceanic influence produces a long and cool ripening. Whole cluster fermented in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in neautral oak. This medium-bodied dry red is structured and expressive. Pair with duck in tamarind sauce.
