From a vineyard in the north of Montalcino, the high elevation gave the winery its name, dervied from bird-catching nets. This dry red ferments in stainless steel, and aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Full-bodied and structured, this concentrated red has aromas of dark cherries, sweet spices, cedar, earth, and citrus. Pair with Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
