Harvested in the landmark year of 1975, this extraordinary Cognac hails from the heart of Grande Champagne, Cognac’s Premier Cru. Aged for five decades the Hine 1975 Vintage embodies the perfect alchemy of time,terroir,and tradition. This rare lot matured in the historic cellars at 16 Quai de l’Orangerie in Jarnac,within classic humid ageing conditions(70–80%humidity).Resting in 350-litre casks made from fine to medium-grained oak,gently toasted with a moderate heat, the eaux-de-vie was allowed to evolve slowly and gracefully, capturing the essence of its origin.
