Made by maestro mezcalero Reynaldo Alejandro, this is his first time working with the Verde variety. He only harvested one of these massive agaves weighing over a ton for this batch. Roasted with encino oak and acacia leaves in an underground oven, it was mashed with mallet and fermented in a single stone tank. Bottled to mark his first trip to New York.
