This extra-dry style vermouth is based on locally sourced GrĂ¼ner Veltliner, local neutral grape spirit, and botanicals including Castelvetrano olive, dill seed, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon peel, orange peel, and wild foraged kombu. Made as the perfect vermouth for a dirty martini, this is also delicious on its own, over ice, and incorporated into sweet and savory cocktails.
