A sparkling wine made in the champagne method with two fermentations. This is made from a blend of Chardonnay and 20% Menu Pineau. The vines are planted in clay and limestone soils and the wine was fermented with natural yeasts. A pure, fresh and dry Blanc de Blancs from the Loire Valley.
