This dry white blend of Torrontes, Malvasia, and Maticha comes from 80 year-old in the Paraje Hilario at 1500m elevation. The grapes spent 2 weeks on the skins during fermentation in concrete, Free run juice was aged for 7 months in concrete, which produced a thin veil of flor. With medium structure, this has aromas of savory stone fruits, tea, and a hint of salty minerality.
