Staff Pick Notes

Besides their fascinating and lengthy history of Finca Suarez, another thing I admire about this winery is their contributions to the environment and to their community in Altamira, Mendoza. Beyond their dedication to regenerative farming and lowering their carbon footprint, Finca Suarez has donated land for the creation of both Angélica Civit Sports Center and a well that supplies fresh drinking water for their town of La Consulta (where water is scarce and precious). This is an amazing producer with a team that truly cares about the biodiversity and well-being of their community and environment, and I highly recommend their wines! This pet-nat is 100% crisp and mineral Chard, is citrusy and bright, and a great addition to any park hang with friends!

It is a flexible, eager-to-please grape, responding well to just about anything a winemaker...
