Already a standout out from the pack, this one-off special small batch of Rye from Calumet in honor of their 100yr anniversary, utilizes a custom very high rye mash of 91% aided by 9% malted barley. The whiskey itself tastes older and more assertive than other batches with pronounced peppe notes, an underbelly of dark caramels and bold fruit and warm oak on the finish. One of the best ryes to get while you can get it. Limited.
