Made from Java varietal Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca 2,500-3,800 feet above sea level, this was fermented in steel and pine tanks with ambient yeast. Distilled in Los Hermanos Krassel in Krassel Still and copper alembic pot stills, these aged separately in new French oak, and red wine casks. Bottled at cask strength, this has aromas of tropical fruits, sweet spices, apricot, and cereal.
