Now those same flavors can be found in liquid form, courtesy of Nico de Soto, one of the most talented mixologists in the business and the creator of Kota Pandan liqueur. This deliciously sweet and fragrant liqueur works well with a wide range of spirits, but it's outstanding with rum in this Asian-inspired Daiquiri. Pandan Daiquiri 1 oz Pandan Liqueur 1 oz Rum 3/4 oz lime juice 1/4 oz rich simple syrup Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
