Les Taillepieds takes its name from its steep slope and the sharp stones at the site. The vines are 80 years old making this Premier Cru a step above the rest. Fermented whole cluster and then aged 18 months in barrel (30% new). This bottling is one of the true flagships of the domaine - a mode of aromatic purity.
