Always different each year, sometimes wildly so, due to the team's insistence here on artisanal, small and bespoke production - which is why we love them so. Extemely limited. This years release was created from Reposado aged in French oak casks from Spain that previously held Cream Sherry,Reposado aged in American oak casks for 3 months and Reposado aged in American oak casks for 10 months. Bottled at a natural batch strength of 46.5% abv.
