Fiano di Avellino is a white grape from Campania in the south of Italy. The vineyard is located in Irpinia, 20 year old vines planted at 350 masl. After a hand harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in tank. Full of minerals, acacia and floral fruit, this dry wine works well with sushi or baked clams.
