Wild Turkey Astor Select Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey

Distilled on October 12th, 2017, aged on the 3rd floor of Warehouse TY-H for just under 7yrs and finally bottled exclusively for us after we tasted it out of barrel in the rickhouse earlier this year at the distillery - this bottling marks a major milestone in this historic brands current revival. Leaning into the sweeter, more decadent side of the grain the notes are highly expressive while staying blissfully mellow with flavors of Granny Smith Apple, cinnamon sugar coated French Toast, passion fruit infused chocolate, raw honey, toasted coconut, ginger tea and warming spices on the finish. Only 240 bottles total yield for the barrel.
