Faccia Brutto Nocino Liqueur

Item # 52080 375 mL

Currently the most limited liqueur in the range, Faccia Brutto's Nocino is released in minute quantities each holiday season and drawn from only a single cask or two. This riff on the traditional walnut liqueur of Italy stands out for its natural flavor profile, bright citrus orchard notes that complement its earthy and savory core, and overall balanced complexity. Very limited.

Staff Pick Notes

While the leaves may start changing to signal the start of fall I cannot in good conscience consider the season to truly be here until I get my hands on this seasonal release from Faccia Brutto. A limited release nocino that utilizes green walnuts sourced from the PNW along with 8 other botanicals in the maceration process and is then barrel aged for a year before release. This rendition is my favorite yet, as the recipe continues to be fine tuned and perfected with each batch as with all the other lines from FB. Showcasing all of the warm vanilla, maple, and light nutty tones I've come to love in the style but with a far more diminished sweetness that makes this bottle hard to close once opened. Get it while it lasts because there will be a long wait before the next release!
