Capreolus Hart & Dart Artisan Gin

Capreolus Hart & Dart Artisan Gin

700 mL
Item # 52070

It almost serves this extraordinary spirit more to not call it a gin. Why you might spend the money on a bottle like this comes down to a more direct question - if there were an obsessive botanist distiller roaming around the agricultural wonderland that is the Cotswolds, in the English countryside and he had access to the best seasonal fruits, spices and botanicals - would you trust him to make you something exceptionally delicious? We've already gone down that journey with this distiller and the answer is an unequivocal YES and the only other question is how much can we have. Like all true artisan distilling the answer is very little. Entirely made by hand - the base of this expression is the mind blowing Garden Swift Gin, in this case aged in a single, extremely rare Mulberry wood cask felled and coopered from local trees as well. Absolutely unreal. And yes we would still use this in our Bees Knees, Martinez and many other cocktails with delight.
