Harkening back to a 19th century style of production not only is this whiskey loaded with impressive flavors at every angel, it taste like something twice its age. How? Great question - The Neeley family's use of wild yeasts and a sweet mash coupled with the 5yrs aging in oak barrels crafted from staves naturally air and weather seasoned for a minimum of 24 months and finally with the extra 2yrs finishing in even rare new charred French Oak casks. Extremely limited and very special indeed.
