From the parcels of Les Chenaux and La Vaud, this is made from old vine Pinot Fin. Les Chenaux is leased to Vincent by the Vatan family, and has 60 year-old vines. Whole clusters are fermented and aged in used 228L barrels, resting there 18 months. A complex and nuanced Sancerre Rouge to pair with quiche tourangelle.
