The brilliance in this whisky is indeed in its understated simplicity. Locally sourced 6 row barley from the Himilayas is distilled twice in elegant long neck copper pot stills and aged up to five years in the intense and varied climate of Goa. The result is a whisky equal parts sweet and spicy with a meet in the middle balance that comes togther with notes of carmelized plantains, butterscotch, pistachios, cardamom and layered notes of vanilla and cocoa.
