Fuji Blended Whisky

Sourced from superlative select whiskies from around the world, but most importantly formed and blended by the hand of Jota Tanaka - one of the world's great unsung Master Blenders. Knowing him and his dedication to his craft, we are inclined to drink anything he deems worthy to bottle. The average age for the whiskies in this blend is around 8yrs. that combined with the New Oak casks the whiskies were stored in give this whisky dynamic profile that is at once mellow and energetic with flavors that take off oin the palate and hit notes of elderflower, buttered toast, salted dark chocolate, plums, vanilla custard and an intriguing note of cayenne.
