What makes it complete different is the exclusive use of ex-Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks for the maturation. You feel it on the palate with a distinguished flavor profile that hits on notes of blackberries, almond infused milk chocolate, red apple, maraschino cherries, walnuts and earthy forest.
