From Israel's very first dedicated whisky distillery founded in 2012 in the heart of Tel Aviv, Classic is the brand's flagship, serving as a versatile foundation for the other expressions and an accesible whisky to drink however you like. Aged for over three years in the hot Israeli climate in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and custom shaved, toasted and recharred ex-wine casks the whisky is brimming with beautiful notes of lemon bars, mulberries, honeycake, fresh figs, hints of rooibos tea, vanilla and a gentle rolling spiciness.
