Angel's Envy Triple Oak Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

If there is anything this brand has proven since they got started is that they know how to do special finishes for American Whiskey probably better than anybody. This newest limited edition to their range further's that track record and may arguably be their most complex whiskey to date. Using a 4yr batch of bourbon that had aged in their custom made char #3 New American Oak barrels, the batch is split in three parts and aged independently in a combination of Hungarian Oak, Chinkapin Oak and French Oak before being blended back together. Despite the increased complexity this brings to the whiskey, like all other Angel's Envy releases this remains incredibly easy to sip.
