Cellar Aged is just another facet of all the great whiskies being created at Star Hollow Farm but it is indeed a very special one, and the most limited. For the 2024 release very old stocks on two small parcels 85% 13yr and 15% 12yr aged for a minimum of a full 6yrs each in the cool natural limestone cellar on the grounds of the distillery. Bottled at a natural cask strength.
