A showcase for not only traditional production methods but also the terroir specific characteristics this style of rum spirit is so unique at expressing. Made from 50% fresh pressed cane juice and 50% molasses perhaps the most mind-blowing fact of all is that the cane itself is sourced locally from a singluar source planted over 4,000 feet above sea level in its own rare microclimate. This special aged expression gains pronounced notes of bright tropical fruits, ripe bananas and feint esters to add to the notes of coconut, clove and vanilla from the time in barrel.
