This special limited small batch release is comprised of the distiller's famous Bourbon, made from heirloom Jimmy Red Corn grown near the distillery, that was then finished in casks that previously held the brand's incredible Peach Brandy. The rare, local heirloom grain, the traditional distilling methods including a sweet mash and low barrel entry proof, and in this case the use of extremely rare peach brandy casks that aged brandy made from the prized summer fruit nearby are all reasons that make High Wire such an important distiller. Extremely limited release as always.
