Aurélien Gerbais is the fourth generation to spearhead the estate located in the Aube. La Loge is a rarity, made entirely from 80 year old Pinot Blanc vines on Kimmeridgian soils. The wine is a blend of the base vintage and a solera reserve going back to 2011. Vinified and aged without the addition of sulphur. Aged 36 months sur latte. An Extra Brut dosage of 3 g/l.
