Over 800 artworks have been created over the years based on the unique Absolut bottle silhouette. For 35 years, another painting attributed to Warhol from 1985 was overlooked. Until, by a stroke of luck, the work unexpectedly resurfaced in 2020. This now recovered artwork graces the label of the 2024 Absolut Warhol edition. All ingredients for Absolut Vodka are sourced from Southern Sweden from in and around the village of Åhus. Only using hardy winter wheat, locally sourced water from wells that are more than 140 meters deep and local yeast, this is a clean and pure vodka with a neutral and smooth finish. Tasting notes include tomato soup, mass printing and a slight hint of wig sweat.
