An ode to Denis Barnard, who established the Dennery Distillery in 1931, which combined with the Roseau Distillery in 1972 to form St. Lucia Distillers. A blend of both column and pot still distilled rums, aged 6-11 years in ex-bourbon and porth casks. Dried fruit, honey, caramel, oak, leather, and coffee aromas abound.
