Staff Pick Notes

Merlot skeptics, meet your match! This is the grape at its most playful, while still retaining an air of sophistication. Cloudy ruby in color, this will bring up generous notes of cherries, bramble fruits, and just a hint of forest floor. The tannins are well integrated, and high acidity gives this wine a nice lift. Altogether, this is a cheerful drinking experience, and the bottle will take nicely to a chill. Drink it alongside a veggie burger and fries, or stir fry, or how about some trout from the Catskills? See for yourself - Wild Arc is making some of the most exciting wines in NY state right now.
