Just perfect for a forty five minute chill in the fridge. Valerie and Jean Christophe Tissot are the second generation vignerons of the estate named after their father. They farm organically and vinify naturally. They get the most out of their Poulsard as there is concentration and depth of flavor. There are notes of crushed cherries, watermelon, and subtle herbs. The acidity and minerality give the wine a cool vibrant feel. Try chewing a morsel of Jura Comte cheese and wash it down with this wine.
