They make some of the most soulful food in the city so not surprisingly, their lineup of ready-to-drink cocktails is suffused with their generous spirit. Negronis are mainstay of Italian cocktails, but for those seeking a less potent version should try this sparking sbagliato. Here the gin is replaced with prosecco, creating a lighter, less heady, delightfully refreshing cocktail. Sbagliato means mistake in Italian, but so far the Via Carota team can do no wrong.
