The rarest bottling for the range in what is already one of the most exclusive portfolios in all of tequila. Distilled in 2018 from agaves grown exclusively on El Bajio. All the agaves were originally planted in either 2012 or 2013 at this distinctive site over 2100 metere above sea level. The elevated brix and concentrated flavors of these mature high altitude agaves along with the extra years in cask give this a deeply nuanced flavor profile with a complexity few can match with notes of preserved cherries, cinnamon cake, anise, black pepper and carmelized coconut macarons.
