Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc 1er Cru "Morgeot", Lequin & Fils

Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc 1er Cru "Morgeot", Lequin & Fils - 2020

Item # 51052 750 mL

An exceptional white Burgundy from an estate that has been making wine since 1604 and is one of the first estates to bottle their wines in the region. With a focus on quality, all the attention is focused on the vines. Plowing, natural grassing and hand-harvesting are just the beginning of the rigors practiced throughout the year. The grapes were fermented in oak with natural yeasts and then aged a year further. The oak was 30% new.
