A joyful sparkling wine with a creamy mousse on the palate. Aromas of mandarin and berries with a crisp, dry finish. Made from younger vines (15 years old) Pineau d'Aunis. The grapes were destemmed before fermenting with native yeasts in tank. An ideal apéritif.
